Gantt Chart and Planning

The Planning Module in Allovance adds a layer of complexity to the Decision Model. It was created to accomplish several goals:

1. Allow for more than one budget (Revenue Source) to be added to the model
2. Allow Revenue Sources to be allocated to each project and to phases within the project
3. Plan out projects and strategies across multiple years using a Gantt Chart
